This is coaching, not therapy. Coaching is forward-looking: it helps you find clarity, build confidence and move through life's transitions with support. It is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you are working through a mental health condition, therapy with a licensed professional may serve you better, and the two can sit beautifully alongside each other.

Why work with Tima

I built this work because I have lived it. After seventeen years in technology, six of them in senior leadership, I know what it is to hold everything together and slowly lose yourself in the process. My own healing is what led me to this path.

I am a trauma-informed coach trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming, a certified hypnotherapy practitioner, a certified life coach, and a teacher of yoga and meditation. But what matters most is not the tools I carry. It is the quality of presence I bring, and the fact that I have walked these paths myself.
