Frequently asked questions

The Sanctuary is Women Align & Shine’s paid membership: a private community, your private journal, your intentions, meditations, grounding practices and reflections, in English and in French, plus the new moon circle each month and member prices on everything else live. It begins with a 7-day free trial, then continues monthly or yearly. You do not have to join it: every live experience (a workshop, a circle, a class, Radiance, coaching, a Soul Blueprint reading) can be booked and paid for on its own, at the public price.

The Sanctuary is £15 a month or £150 a year, after your first 7 days free. A workshop seat is from £15, or £11 for Sanctuary members. A Women’s Circle is £15, or £11 for Sanctuary members at the full moon (their new moon circle is included). A class is £9, or £6 for Sanctuary members. Radiance, the six-week journey, is £249, or £222 for Sanctuary members. A Soul Blueprint reading is £108. Private coaching begins with a free introductory conversation, with a preferred rate for Sanctuary members.

This is coaching and emotional wellbeing, not therapy. Coaching is forward-looking: it helps you find clarity, build confidence and move through life’s transitions with support. It is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you are working through a mental health condition, therapy with a licensed professional may serve you better, and the two can sit beautifully alongside each other.

Access your Sanctuary journal and wellbeing library online. Live sessions take place on Zoom, with experiences offered in English and French. Check each event for its language and time.

Circles are live only and never recorded, so what is shared in the room stays in the room. A workshop may have a replay for the women who booked it, for a set number of days; each workshop says so on its page. Radiance is live only.

If the workshop has a replay, it is yours for the days it stays open. Otherwise your seat moves to the next workshop. Just reply to your confirmation email and tell us.

Yes. A single circle is £15, or £11 for Sanctuary members at the full moon (their new moon circle is included), and you are welcome exactly as you are. Sanctuary membership is never required to book a live experience.

No. You can simply be there. Listening is a full way of taking part, and you are never put on the spot.

No. Every space here is women only.

It is a free, relaxed 30-minute conversation, with no pressure. We talk about where you are, what you are hoping for, and whether working together feels right for you. If it does, we talk through the next steps. If it does not, that is completely okay too.

Each session is a calm, confidential hour that is entirely yours. Most women meet fortnightly; we agree the rhythm together, and sessions are paid one at a time. We work gently with whatever you are carrying, using coaching, NLP, IFS-informed work and, when it helps, hypnotherapy. You are always in choice about how deep we go.

Money should never be why you cannot take part. If you would like to join the Sanctuary or attend a paid experience but your financial circumstances make that difficult, contact Women Align & Shine and we will explore together what support is possible.

Start with the free letters: five short Coming Home to Yourself emails, then one reflection a week. When you would like to feel the work live, a workshop is one warm hour, from £15, and the easiest door in.

This is a gentle, supportive space, and we always move at your pace. I am a trauma-informed coach. I work with care and safety, and I know my lane: coaching helps you rebuild forward. Acute crisis or clinical needs belong with a therapist, and I will always say so. We can talk this through honestly on your free call.

Your journal, kept; your intentions; the practices you save; My Space, where they live together with your bookings; the whole library; a wider choice when you check in; the new moon circle each month; and the member price on the full moon circle, workshops, classes and Radiance. The full moon circle and workshops are booked separately: Tima holds them live, and members pay less for them.

You choose monthly or yearly and add your card. Nothing is charged during your 7-day trial; cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, billing starts automatically the day the trial ends, at £15 a month or £150 a year, and renews each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account settings: your membership stays active until the paid period you are in ends, then it stops, and does not renew again. What you wrote stays yours to read, download or delete either way.
