Frequently asked questions
Everything here is designed to help you feel informed, supported, and clear about your next step.
Is this coaching or therapy?
This is coaching and emotional wellbeing, not therapy. Coaching is forward-looking: it helps you find clarity, build confidence and move through life's transitions with support. It is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you are working through a mental health condition, therapy with a licensed professional may serve you better, and the two can sit beautifully alongside each other.
What happens in the discovery call?
It is a free, relaxed conversation, with no pressure. We talk about where you are, what you are hoping for, and whether working together feels right for you. If it does, we talk through the next steps. If it does not, that is completely okay too.
What happens in a coaching session?
Each weekly session is a calm, confidential space that is entirely yours. We work gently with whatever you are carrying, using coaching, NLP, IFS-informed work and, when it helps, hypnotherapy. You are always in choice about how deep we go.
Can I join a circle without committing to anything ongoing?
Yes. Circles are pay-as-you-go, with no membership or ongoing commitment. You join the sessions that call to you, whenever you are ready.
Is this suitable if I feel emotionally fragile right now?
This is a gentle, supportive space, and we always move at your pace. That said, coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you are in crisis or working through a serious mental health condition, therapy with a licensed professional may serve you better, and we can talk this through honestly in your discovery call.
Are sessions online or in person?
Most of our gatherings are online, including the women's circles, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Some workshops and retreats happen in person as Tima travels, in beautiful places around the world. Wherever you are, there is a way in.
Do I need to be a member to come to retreats or events?
No. Retreats and events are open to everyone.
What if I am new to inner work?
Start with the Sanctuary. It is free, gentle, and a soft place to begin. There is no pressure to go further until you are ready.
