These terms explain the basic conditions for using the Women Align & Shine website and taking part in its offers, including coaching, circles, programmes, retreats, education, community support, and future products.
Website use
This website is provided for general information, education, reflection, and connection. You agree to use it with care and not to copy, misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the website or brand materials.
Coaching, circles and programmes
Women Align & Shine offers supportive coaching, education, community, movement, circles, retreats, and personal development spaces. These services are not a replacement for medical, therapeutic, psychiatric, legal, financial, or crisis care.
Bookings and payments
The price, payment terms, refund terms, cancellation terms, and participation details for each offer are shown on that offer’s page and at checkout before you pay.
The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary is a paid membership, monthly or yearly, at the price shown on the Sanctuary page and on Stripe’s payment page when you start. Your account is for women of 18 and over, and you confirm this when you create it.
If you join at the founding-member price, your price stays the same for as long as your membership remains active. If your membership ends and you join again later, the price shown at that time applies.
The first time you join, it begins with the free trial days shown there: Stripe asks for your card, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.
If you do not cancel, billing starts automatically when the trial ends, and renews each month or each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your settings, on Stripe’s own page, and your membership stays yours until the end of the period you have paid for; it does not renew again after that. If you are in the UK or the EU you may cancel within 14 days of starting: write to contact@womenalignshine.com and any payment taken in that time is refunded in full.
Live circles, workshops and classes are not included in the Sanctuary; members pay less for them. If your membership ends, what you wrote stays yours to read, download or delete. Closing your account deletes everything in it.
Personal responsibility
You are responsible for choosing the support that feels right for you. Please seek professional medical or therapeutic care where needed, especially if you are in crisis or need specialist support.
Community care
Women Align & Shine spaces are built on respect, kindness, consent, and belonging. Participants may be removed from spaces if behaviour is unsafe, harmful, discriminatory, or outside the spirit of the community.
Intellectual property
The website copy, design, brand name, logo, resources, frameworks, reflections, and programme materials belong to Women Align & Shine unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reused, sold, or adapted without written permission.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the brand grows, for example when retreats or a shop are launched. A change that affects your Sanctuary membership is told to you by email before it applies.
