Women Align & Shine respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information may be collected when you use this website, join the Sanctuary, sign up for the free letters, book a call, sign up for a programme, or contact the brand.

Who this policy is for

This policy is for visitors, subscribers, clients, programme members, retreat guests, and anyone who contacts Women Align & Shine through the website or linked tools.

Information we may collect

• Your name and email address when you join the Sanctuary, sign up for the free letters, request updates, or contact us.
• Your Sanctuary account, when you create one: the name you choose (the only thing other women see), your email, your language, that you confirmed you are 18 or over, when you joined and your plan.
• What you write in the community, and what you choose to keep in My Sanctuary: journal pages, intentions and saved practices. These are private to you. They are protected by the database itself so that no one else can read them, Tima included, and they are never used for anything else. How you feel when you check in is never stored.
• Booking details when you book a discovery call or session.
• Information you choose to share in forms, emails, calls, coaching, circles, retreats, or programme enquiries.
• Your date, time and place of birth, only if you ask for a Soul Blueprint reading and choose to send them. They are used to prepare your reading and nothing else, they are never shared, and they are deleted once your reading has been delivered, or sooner if you ask.
• Payment and order details when paid offers, retreats, or products are connected.
• Nothing about your visit itself: the website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If that ever changes you will be asked first, before anything runs (see the Cookie Notice). When you sign in to the Sanctuary, your browser keeps your sign-in so you stay signed in; it is removed when you sign out.

How your information is used

• To send requested resources, updates, reflections, and community information.
• To manage bookings, coaching sessions, circles, retreats, programmes, and Sanctuary membership accounts.
• To reply to messages and support enquiries.
• To improve the website, offers, and visitor experience.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting, and safety obligations.

Legal bases

Depending on how you interact with the website, information may be used because you gave consent, because it is needed to provide something you requested, because there is a legitimate interest in running and improving the brand, or because there is a legal obligation.

Who else handles your information

These are the only companies that see any of it, and only the part each one needs:

• Web3Forms delivers what you type into a form on this website (your name, your email and your message) to Tima by email.
• Zoom hosts the live workshops and circles. Your name as you type it on the day, and your email if you join by link, are visible to Zoom. Sharing in circles is never recorded.
• Calendly takes bookings for the free discovery call and the Dance & Movement classes: your name, email and the time you chose.
• Supabase hosts Sanctuary accounts and what you keep there, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Resend sends the emails that confirm your account and let you choose a new password: your email address and the name you chose. It sends them from servers in Ireland.
• Stripe takes payments, including your Sanctuary membership subscription. Stripe holds the card details; Women Align & Shine never sees or stores them. Stripe tells the Sanctuary whether your subscription is active, and nothing more.
• Kit sends the Sanctuary emails, once it is connected: your first name and email address.

There is no analytics on this website, and no advertising trackers. Nothing about your visit is sold, shared or used to follow you anywhere else.

How long information is kept

• Sanctuary emails: until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the bottom of any email.
• Your Sanctuary account and everything in it: until you close it, from your settings. Closing it deletes your account, your journal, your intentions, what you saved and what you wrote in the community 30 days later. During those 30 days what you wrote in the community is hidden, and you can sign in to keep your account. Stopping My Sanctuary does not delete anything: you stay a free member and keep your journal.
• Messages you send: two years, so a conversation can be picked up again.
• Bookings and payments: six years, because tax and accounting law requires it.
• Safeguarding records, when something serious has happened: three years, held securely and seen only by Tima.

Deleting everything we hold

Write to contact@womenalignshine.com and ask, and it will be done within 30 days, with a message to confirm it. The only exception is the booking and payment records the law requires to be kept.

Your rights

You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
