What you can expect from us, and what we ask of each other
Women speak honestly here, sometimes on their hardest day. This page says plainly how that is protected, so you can decide whether this feels like home before you give us anything at all.
What is true here
- Circles and workshops are live only. What a woman shares is never recorded, and never becomes content.
- Only your first name is shown beside anything you write. There are no profiles to browse, no photo to upload and no follower counts.
- You never have to speak. Arriving, listening and leaving again is a full way to take part.
- Rooms stay small, and a circle is capped. You will not be one of hundreds.
- Your email is never sold, shared or rented, and this website runs no advertising trackers.
- Nothing here measures you: no streaks, no scores, no badges, no leaderboards.
Who this space is for
- This is a space for women, and trans women are women. You are welcome here.
- You need to be 18 or over to join the Sanctuary, a circle, a workshop or a module.
- Whatever your background, your beliefs, your story or your starting point, you do not have to earn your place or prove that you are ready.
The circles follow the new moon and the full moon. It is a rhythm to return to, not a belief you have to hold. Women of every faith, and of none, sit in these circles.
What we ask of each other
Six small agreements. They are what makes it safe to be honest in front of women you have only just met.
- What is shared here stays here. Never repeat another woman’s words outside the circle.
- Listen without fixing, and ask before offering advice.
- Speak from your own experience, rather than about someone else’s.
- No selling, no recruiting and no using this space to find clients.
- No medical or psychiatric advice. Tima is not a clinician, and neither is the woman beside you.
- Respect a no, including your own.
If something does not feel right
Tell us. You do not need proof, and you do not need to be sure. Write to Tima, or use the report link beside anything shared in the community.
Every report is answered within two working days, you are told what happens next, and your name is never shared with the woman you are reporting.
Depending on what happened: a private word, something removed, a woman asked to step back, or a place ended straight away. Harassment, cruelty, racism, threats, or repeating what another woman shared, end a place here immediately.
If you are not safe
This space offers coaching, education and community. It is not a crisis service, and Tima is not always at her desk. If you are in danger, or you are thinking of ending your life, please reach someone who can help you right now.

Your data, in plain words
- We keep what you give us: your name, your email, and what you have booked. Nothing else.
- A few companies handle it for us: the form service that delivers your messages, the video service we meet on, the booking calendar, and, once they are connected, the payment and email services. They are named in the privacy policy.
- This website runs no analytics and no advertising trackers. Nobody follows you around the internet because you visited us.
- Ask us to delete everything we hold about you and we will, within 30 days, and we will tell you when it is done.
What we will never build
These are the things that make other spaces loud. We are not going to add them later, on a quiet month, to hold your attention.
- No likes, counts or leaderboards.
- No streaks, badges, or reminders that shame you for being away.
- No countdown timers and no invented scarcity.
- No endless feed to scroll.
- No selling your attention to anyone.
If money is the reason you are not here
Write to Tima and simply say so. A few quiet places are kept for women who cannot pay at the moment. You will not be asked to explain yourself or prove anything, and no one else will know.
One woman holds this, for now
Tima answers messages herself, within two working days. She takes holidays, and some days she is in a circle rather than at her desk. She is not an emergency service, and she will always tell you the truth about what she can carry.
If this feels like home, you are welcome here
Begin gently in the Sanctuary, our free email community, or come to a live hour whenever you are ready.
